Reviews and Ratings
This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were spacious with a walk-in wardrobe and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, some planning is needed if guests have separate activities. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to please and cater to special needs, though there were some lapses in basic courtesies. The location was exceptionally convenient, close to the stream and central to all the areas we needed to visit. The dining experience was a mix of inferior and fabulous, with great service but room for improvement in the spread. Overall, a memorable stay with fantastic features.
The hotel is conveniently located near Sankara Nethralaya with friendly staff but room issues like low oxygen levels and a leaking flush. The laundry service is expensive compared to similar hotels.
The hotel offers stunning rooms with a bit of an issue with AC leaks, but the staff's great service makes up for it. The location is perfect for exploring Chennai, though it's near a waste water lane. The dining options are enjoyable with a variety of choices. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor setbacks.
The hotel was cozy and comfortable, with nice rooms that didn't require any additional services during my stay. The shoehorn in the room was a thoughtful touch, but there were some minor forgettable things left behind.
The hotel is conveniently located near Anna Salai and just opposite Adyar river, making it a prime spot for exploring the area. The rooms, although vibrant in color and spacious, lack soundproofing and prompt room service for essentials like toilet paper and towels. The level of service varies, with some staff members showing inexperience while others, like the head lobby agent, impress with their attentive care. The dining options are diverse and satisfying, especially the elaborate continental, Japanese, and Indian breakfast spread.
The hotel offers large and very well-fitted rooms with stunning decor and exceptional staff, providing a great stay experience. However, there are strong-smelling mosquito killers due to mosquito issues, and the swimming pool area is relatively small.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with an amazing shower but slightly disappointing overall. Service was efficient for my needs, yet not very cordial. The location was convenient, perfect for a short transfer to the central railway station, but with a strong mosquito killer scent. The dining experience was a bit pricey, especially for guests with limited food preferences.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel; the room was upgraded for free as promised by the site. I want to give a big thank you to the reception, room service, and housekeeping for their outstanding assistance and great job. The hotel room had twin beds, a giant chair, a working table, and a washroom cubicle with convenient venetian blinds.
